What is its purpose?

The indicator assesses the number of people (disaggregated by gender/ age) who used a specific type of offered protection service, such as psychosocial support, legal assistance, risk education and use of safe spaces.

How to Collect and Analyse the Required Data

1) Review relevant documentation recording the number of people who accessed the provided services. If available, cross-check it with available monitoring data. Disaggregate the data according to gender and age.

Important Comments

1) The indicator should always be complemented with an indicator assessing the beneficiaries' satisfaction with the provided service(s).

2) Disaggregate the data by sex and specific vulnerable groups, such as people with disability.
